I write urban and epic fantasy for teens and young adults. When I'm not writing, I'm spending time with my husband, kids, and two australian shepherds. I live in South Carolina and love hiking in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. I love world-building and creating a cast of unforgettable characters. My desk is littered with sketches and stories for each character I write, not just the main character. After all, eventually, I may write a story for all the characters that enter the different worlds I create.
